Tech. Love it or hate it, it is here and can be a great benefit if you know what to use and how to use it.

This is the first in a series of commercial real estate tech shows in which I will have the opportunity to discuss one of my favorite avocations, technology and gadgets.

Our tech shows are no mere here it is and use it. I will be discussing and reviewing each application, gadget and software from a perspective of usefulness, that is, usefulness to the real estate professional.

During this show, we will be highlighting two applications:

Rateblend is a simple commercial real estate web-based calculator, in which you enter the property and financial details of your transaction to quickly calculate effective rents. All without need to download or install spreadsheet software. It is accessible anywhere you have an internet connection.  We will be discussing Rateblend with it’s creator Andrew Bermudez and experienced commercial real estate broker with Lee & Associates.
