The more sophisticated owners and purchasers of commercial real property know that there are a lot of incentives available, from the government, that ease the burden of obtaining financing or the operation of commercial real property. Those incentives may including, but are not limited to:

  • Tax breaks and other incentives
  • Availability of Financing for Affordable Housing
  • Availability from foreign investors interested in EB-5 visas
  • SBA Financing

My guests, Roman Petra and Mike McWilliams founders of REINID will be discussing what incentives are available, how to find them on a regional or per property basis and how to turn this, must have knowledge into ways to maximize the value of property for existing owners, lower financing and operating costs for prospective buyers and serve as a lead generation tool for brokers looking to secure listings or act as buyer agents.

I’m going to flat out say it………….any broker who is not fully familiar with the incentives available for their client and/or particular properties, is failing themselves and their clients.

As an audience member, you will have the opportunity to directly participate in the show, either by typing questions in the chat room or connecting via your own microphone and webcam.  Please see the requirements above. You don’t have to participate and if you don’t there is no special software to download.  Just watch.  What an incredible concept.

Something to Add?

  • Wow, this is so exciting and I am so looking forward to learning more from these professionals. I am also very eager to see how the new technology works for your new show concept. Good job to all involved in putting this together! Thanks so much for the exposure as I understand our site will be used as an example of a site bringing incentive data to listings! Thanks to all. We are very grateful.

  • Excellent! Looking forward to listening.

    • Thanks, spread the word too! The more the merrier and this will be LIVE so people can actually connect and be on the audio and video portion of the show which sounds so awesome!

Looking forward to having you as an audience member. Remember, if you want to participate in the show, other than through the chat, you need to register with a gmail address ending with “gmail.com”

      • Thanks I forgot that part!!

      • When I registered the time was 3.3pm but we have been promoting 2.3pm pst.

      • So I can just click on the Link that I received to be able to hear the show without registering with my Gmail account right? I did register using my work email. Thanks Danielle @dealpointmerrill:disqus

        • hfklaw

Danielle, yes, you should bide able to just click the link if you only want to watch. Even if you only want to watch, you can participate in the chat room where you can write comments and ask questions in writing. With that being said, this is the first show and I am half expecting something to go wrong.

The first few shows are also about allowing me to see where people get confused and figure out how to smooth out the process even more.

I think it’s a pretty easy process, but I expect to provide screencast to help people along.
